How billing works
Billed monthly — and a round of disputes goes out every month to match.
Your monthly fee lines up with a monthly dispute cycle, not just a calendar date. Every billed month, we prepare and send a fresh round of correspondence on your behalf and work the bureaus' responses from the round before.
You're billed $99 for that month, and you get a written account of exactly what was sent and what came back. Cancel anytime — there's no minimum term.
-
$0
At signup
You put a payment method on file. Nothing is charged.
-
$0
Analysis and blueprint
We read all three reports and write your plan. Free, and yours to keep either way.
-
$99
Your first billed month
You approve the plan, we send the first round of disputes that same month, and that round is what your first $99 charge covers.

Results and cancellation
Your progress report costs nothing extra. Cancel anytime — you're never charged for a month after you cancel.
Your first week
What actually happens after you enroll.
Day 1
Enroll, then sign
You complete the enrollment form and put a card on file — nothing charged. We email you a secure portal link, where you e-sign the agreement and disclosures, upload ID and proof of address, and authorize us to access your reports.
Days 2–4
We read all three reports
Line by line, against what underwriting actually flags — not a score-app summary.
Days 4–7
You get your blueprint
A written plan: what we'll challenge and why, what we'll leave alone, and a realistic timeline. Still nothing charged.
Then
You approve, round one goes out
Nothing is filed without your sign-off. Your first $99 charge happens once that first round is sent — the same month it goes out.
What each step needs
You need nothing but a card to start.
Don't go hunting for documents before you begin — the enrollment form doesn't ask for them. Here's exactly what comes up when, so nothing catches you out.
Now — the enrollment form
About 4 minutes
- Your contact details
- Name, email, mobile, and the state you live in. That's the 30-second part before the form opens.
- A payment method on file
- Card or ACH. Nothing is charged today — no setup fee, no deposit. Your first $99 charge lands the month your first round of disputes goes out.
- Nothing else
- No documents, no signatures, no credit pull at this step.
Next — your secure portal
We email you the link right after
- The paperwork to sign
- Your Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure — a federally required statement of what you can do yourself, for free — then the services agreement, your notice of cancellation, and narrow authority for us to correspond with the bureaus about your file. Nothing else: no accounts, no funds.
- Government photo ID
- Driver's license, state ID, or passport. Bureaus reject disputes without verified identity.
- Proof of current address
- A utility bill, bank statement, or lease dated within the last 60 days.
- Credit report access
- A credit monitoring login, so we can see all three reports side by side and verify what actually changed each month. If you don't already have one, we'll point you to Credit Hero Score — $1 for the first 7 days, then $19.95/month, paid to them directly. It isn't a First Lane Credit fee, we don't mark it up, and you can cancel it whenever you stop wanting monitoring. You enter those credentials in your secure portal — never by email.
Your documents go into your secure client portal, not email. You can see everything we've filed on your behalf at any time.

We can't provide services to Georgia residents.
What you're agreeing to today
- Nothing, financially. No charge today, no setup fee, no deposit.
- A card on file only. The first $99 charge lands the month your first round of disputes actually goes out.
- A free review either way. Your tri-bureau analysis and written Blueprint cost nothing and are yours whether or not you continue.
- Three days to change your mind. Federal law gives you an unconditional right to cancel within three business days of signing.
Step 1 of 3
First, who are we working with?
About 30 seconds. This means that if anything interrupts you, we can pick your enrollment back up instead of starting over.
Request received
We'll call you.
Someone will reach out within one business day. If it’s urgent, call (281) 377-0075.

We can't serve Georgia
We're not able to enroll you — and we'd rather say so now.
Georgia law restricts who may provide credit repair services for a fee, so we don't take Georgia clients and we won't charge you anything.
What still applies to you: you have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion yourself, at no cost. Our consumer credit file rights page explains how.
Enrollment FAQ
Before you sign anything.
When exactly am I charged?
Every billed month lines up with a round of disputes actually going out on your behalf — your first charge lands the month the first round is sent, not at signup. Signing up, the report review, and your blueprint are free.
How many months will I need?
It depends on what's actually on your reports, and your blueprint gives you an honest estimate before you commit to anything. We tell you when there's nothing left worth disputing instead of billing you another month for busywork.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You have a federal right to cancel the contract within three business days of signing, at no cost. After that you can cancel any time — there's no minimum term and no termination fee. You're never charged for a month after you cancel. You keep your blueprint and every document filed on your behalf.
Do I have to enroll to get the analysis?
No. The tri-bureau analysis and the written blueprint are free, and they're yours whether or not you continue. You can take that document to another provider or work it yourself.
Will you guarantee my score goes up?
No, and anyone who does is telling you something they can't back up. What we can commit to is the work: all three reports read line by line, everything inaccurate or unverifiable challenged with cause, and a documented result you can see after every round.
What if I live in Georgia?
We can't serve you, and we'd rather say so now than take your money and unwind it later. Georgia law restricts who may provide credit services there. Everything on this site about disputing items yourself, for free, still applies to you.

Sixty seconds, no payment method, no obligation. You'll know what we'd look at before you commit to anything.
