Who this is built for
If credit is the reason your deals stall, this is for you.
Our best affiliates aren't marketers. They're professionals who hit the same wall every week and have had nowhere good to send people.
Loan officers & mortgage brokers
The denial you can't reverse today becomes a file you close in four months.
Real estate agents
Keep pre-approval buyers in your pipeline instead of handing them back to the market.
Auto & equipment dealers
Turn subprime tier declines into a callback list with a real timeline.
Insurance & tax professionals
You already see the financial picture. This is one more thing you can actually solve for them.
Property managers & landlords
Give declined applicants a path back instead of a dead end.
Financial coaches & advisors
Hand off the report-level dispute work and keep coaching the behavior.
How referrals work
Four steps, and none of them are yours to manage.
You make an introduction. We do the intake, the report analysis, the disputes, and the reporting back. You get told what's happening without having to chase it.

We pull all three reports and build the blueprint
Your client gets a free tri-bureau review and a written plan showing what we'll challenge, what we won't, and roughly how long it takes.

You get paid, and you get your client back
Commission is paid when they enroll. Progress reports go out each cycle, so you know when to pick the deal back up.
Why partners stay
Your reputation is attached to this referral. We treat it that way.
Not a dispute mill
We don't blanket-dispute accurate accounts to manufacture short-term score bumps that reverse before closing. Underwriters notice. So do your clients.
Everything in writing
Your client sees a blueprint before they pay anything, and a progress report after every round. No mystery, no "trust the process."
A mortgage read, not a score app read
Mike Fapounda is a licensed mortgage loan originator, NMLS #2530213. The file gets reviewed against what underwriting actually flags.
Honest about timing
If a client can't be ready for the closing date they're chasing, they hear it from us on day one — not after you've held a contract together for two months.
Affiliate application
Takes about two minutes.
Tell us who you are and what kind of clients you work with. We review every application personally, and you'll hear back with your commission terms and referral link.

Partner FAQ
The questions partners actually ask.
How and when do I get paid?
Commission is earned when a client you referred enrolls in a paid plan, and paid on a regular cycle. Exact amount, method, and schedule are confirmed in writing when your application is approved.
Will you try to take my client?
No. We do credit work and hand the client back to you approval-ready. First Lane Credit does not originate the loan on a referred file, and we don't market competing services to your referrals.
Does my client pay anything to find out where they stand?
No. The tri-bureau review and the written blueprint are free. They only pay if they decide to enroll, and there's no long-term contract.
What will I be told about my client's progress?
With the client's authorization, you get progress updates each cycle — what was removed or corrected, what was verified, and where the file stands. Without their authorization we tell you nothing, which is how it should work.
Can I refer clients in Georgia?
No. We're available in 49 states but not Georgia, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than waste your client's time.
I'm a loan officer — is a referral fee here a problem?
Credit repair is a separate service from mortgage origination, and enrolling is never a condition of any loan approval. That said, compensation rules vary by role, state, and employer — check with your compliance department before enrolling, and we'll structure the relationship around what they allow.
One introduction is all it takes to test us.
Send the next client you can't submit. See what the blueprint looks like, see how they're treated, then decide how much of your pipeline you want to route here.
